Net Term Orders/Pre-Orders

  • All Pre-Orders require a 30% deposit.
  • To place a Pre-Order, be sure to make a separate order from in- stock items.
  • At checkout, select the "Net Term" option.  That will create the order without payment. 
  • You will then receive an invoice for the 30% Pre-Order Deposit via the email on file.  
  • Invoices for the deposit can be paid directly on line via the link provided in invoice, or you can email us @ Orders@NancyBrownHome.com for someone to call you for payment.
